Suddenly, I can't comment on Haloscan.

When I try to do so, I get a popup from opm.blitzed.org that says that my IP address is an active entry in the OPM blacklist, as confirmed as an open proxy by their scanning software. "Please refer the administrator of the system to this page so they can take the necessary steps to secure the open proxy."

What is this? What's going on?

Please help this self-confessed Luddite. Frankly, I do not understand the steps needed to fix the problem.

Maybe it will just go away?
