Come on over to the first iblog Summit this Saturday from 8AM - 5PM at the NISMED, UP Diliman. Attendance is FREE but online registration is required.

I'm one of the speakers for the afternoon session:

2:00 - 3:00 Blogging Creatively (Dean Alfar)
3:00 - 4:00 Blogging and Journalism (PCIJ Blogging Team)
4:00 - 5:00 How to Build a Bookmark-Worthy Blog (The Sassy Lawyer)

Everything seems to be quite serious, so I'll be the one to inject a little levity - or not, as the case may be. "Blogging Creatively" will focus on the act of writing and using the blog as a medium for written expression (my alternate topic of choice was "Business and Blogging", so we'll see what happens).

If you're attending (like Banzai Cat), make sure to say "hi". The online community, by its nature, rarely sees each other. It would be nice to meet and greet.

Saturday is also Free Comic Book Day, so drop by Comic Quest and other comic stores that are participating and get some goodies.
